How Our Adventures Work

We are providing, what we consider to be the best outdoor adventures on the market to small and exclusive groups.

The bigger your group the cheaper the cost per person

The majority of our costs in providing these experiences are fixed and do not vary with the number of people and therefore most of our Adventures become cheaper as the group size increases. We stipulate a maximum number of people, that it set with regard to safety and to secure exclusivity. It means that you get the benefit of bringing more people and not us.

You Choose the Group

• Each Adventure is suitable for small groups of up to 6 to 8 active people (suitable for families, individuals, couples), see individual Adventures for maximum numbers.

• You choose who and how many people you go with in your group and pay a fixed single price for the experience.

• You can organise your group from your own family / friends or by making contact with other ExplorAider members who you are happy to share the adventure with via the club's facilities. This allows you to share the cost and make the experience more enjoyable.

• Each Adventure is exclusive to your group and is 100% guided by experienced outdoor facilitators and trained guides.

• We price the Adventures based on what they cost us to provide plus a fixed mark up. We do not try to profit from putting more people onto your adventures, these are exclusive trips where you manage who you go with.

Booking:

Bookings can be made through our English Office. An ExplorAider representative will help you organise everything that you need to do.

Transport:

Due to the specialised nature of our products, in particular working with small groups of international clients and offering Adventures from diverse locations around the world we do not include flights. We concentrate on coming up with the best experiences and leave you to privately arrange your own transport to these locations. Our sales offices will provide all travel advice required. Once you arrive at your chosen rendez-vous you will be picked up and looked after until your departure. Your Adventure includes accommodation and all transport during your stay with us.
